Short little “pocket” tool to remember and use any time life feels overwhelming.

Take a deep breath, close your eyes, and relax into the arms of the Divine One.

You are supported and loved. Feel Source’s presence.

Become aware of the beautiful golden light of the Universe moving down into your crown chakra, at the top of your head, then down through your body. This light fills your body, into every cell, moving through and around every organ.   Exhale completely.

Slowly take another deep breath.

Breathe in God’s love and slowly exhale any fear you’re feeling.

Slowly take another deep breath.

Breathe peace into your heart center.  Slowly exhale stress and chaos.

Slowly take another deep breathe.

Breathe health into your body.   Slowly exhale illness.

Slowly take another deep breath.

Breathe abundance into your consciousness. Slowly exhale lack.

Slowly take another deep breath.

Breathe success into your core. Slowly exhale defeat

Slowly take another deep breath.

Breathe happiness into your heart. Slowly exhale sadness.

Feel the relaxation and the goodness of God moving through you and around you. Continue to breath and relax into this very moment. As you focus your attention on your breath, allow silence to surround you.

Stay in this space for as long as you are able.
